VBR Ram Packer

The packing element can be applied to several sizes of the drill tools, especially for combination tool and hexagonal drill pipe.

There is no need to change ram frequently for different size of drill tools in the whole process.

This kind of VBR packer is installed on the maximum specification of ordinary ram blocks( for example, 5"-5 1/2" packing should be installed on the 5 1/2" ram block), thus can seal on different sizes pipes within the diameter range.

The two small inserts in the middle along with the big insert fan shaped slide outward as pipe size become larger and along with the big insert fan shaped slide inward as pipe size become smaller.

1, It is applicable to existing well control BOP ordinary ram block, as long as the existing ordinary ram block is available, it can be used to install the new utility model variable packer.

2, a kind of VBR packer can be applied to seal on a variety of specifications drill pipe within a certain range. For 3 1/2" - 5" VBR packer, it can be installed on 5" ordinary ram block to seal on 3 1/2", 4", 4 1/2" and 5" drill pipe, thus reduce the store and change of these three kinds of ordinary ram packers and ram blocks; save and reduce the store and c hange of these three kinds of ordinary ram packers and ram blocks; save and reduce a lot of manpower, material resources and financialresources; speed up the drilling progress; when change the ram assembly, greatly reduce control.
